Two survivors fight beside a rusty military truck in front of a warehouse

Raiding guide

Doors and hatches can be breached with a homemade charge. Here is how it is made, how many you need and how a base fights back.

The crafting path of the breaching charge: five steps, the charge built up part by part, how many charges each door needs, the fuse time and how to disarm it.

The crafting path

  1. 1. Gunpowder

    Combine charcoal and sulfur.

  2. 2. Explosive compound

    Combine two gunpowder.

  3. 3. Charge bundle

Explosive compound plus duct tape (it uses 35 % of a roll).

  4. 4. Trigger module

    A burner phone plus a 9 V battery.

  5. 5. Homemade breaching charge

Combine the charge bundle and the trigger module.

Everything is crafted by hand in the inventory: drag one item onto the other.

The finished charge

The 3D models need JavaScript and WebGL. The list on the right still tells you what each part does.

Raiders plant it on a closed door or hatch. Build it up part by part.
